Minka Anderson
Executive Director | Senior Lending Officer
A seasoned residential and commercial real estate professional, Minka has extensive expertise in Real Estate Development, Brokerage & Finance. Minka has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate business and has worked hard to establish herself within the Central Texas Market. Minka leads the Streamline Funding Team while actively originating loans as a Senior Lending Officer.
Minka started her professional career after obtaining an education degree from Texas A&M University. She has since successfully started several businesses of her own leading up to her joining Streamline Funding to lead the Mortgage Lending Operations. Minka's leadership skills coupled with her passion for the business has propelled her to being responsible for growing Streamline and taking the Company to the next level. She sees a tremendous opportunity in the Texas real estate market and is excited about leveraging her experience to lead the Streamline Team to the top.

Michael Laurencelle
Senior Lending Officer
Michael has more than 10 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. His experience ranges from originations in excess of $1 billion dollars to managing large departments of a national commercial real estate and investment company where he successfully opened 13 loan production offices around the country.
Michael is a strong catalyst in Streamline's expansion into San Antonio. His experience in business development, relationship building and management ensure a strong presence in the San Antonio market area. Michael is leading the San Antonio Team and overseeing all facets of operations and production.

Romney Navarro
Lending Officer
Romney joined the Streamline team with an immediate mission to focus on the growth and development of Streamline's Austin, Houston and Dallas markets utilizing his strength in identifying and capitalizing on major under performing markets. Romney has eight years experience in real estate related industries including title and lending. Prior to joining Streamline Funding, Romney worked for one of the largest small balance commercial mortgage firms in the country where he was continuously a top producer in the country's southwestern region. His experience includes the financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and various other types of commercial projects.
Romney works hand in hand with Minka and Marti to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of all loan files. Romney's affiliations include CTCAR, CCIM – Central Texas Chapter, Young Men's Business League of Austin, San Antonio Real Estate Investors, Central Texas Apartment Real Estate Investors and the Houston Real Estate Group.

Marti Robertson
Loan Production Manager
Marti came to Streamline Funding with over 25 years of combined experience in the lending, title and credit industries. A background in these three related industries together has given her a very solid knowledge and understanding of all facets of real estate lending. Over the years, Marti developed expertise in processing and origination loans as well as managing and directing operations of several mortgage companies. Marti's greatest accomplishment was when her own mortgage brokerage closed $247 million in loans in the first 15 months of business.
Marti manages the day to day operations of Streamline Funding. She works with the Lending Officers and borrowers to process and close the files and coordinates with the funding department to ensure completeness and timely closings of the loans Streamline originates.
