Romney Navarro
Vice President: Lending
Romney joined the Streamline team with an immediate mission to focus on the growth and development of Streamline's Austin, Houston and Dallas markets utilizing his strength in identifying and capitalizing on major under performing markets. Romney has eight years experience in real estate related industries including title and lending. Prior to joining Streamline Funding, Romney worked for one of the largest small balance commercial mortgage firms in the country where he was continuously a top producer in the country's southwestern region. His experience includes the financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and various other types of commercial projects.
Romney's affiliations include CTCAR, CCIM – Central Texas Chapter, Young Men's Business League of Austin, San Antonio Real Estate Investors, Central Texas Apartment Real Estate Investors and the Houston Real Estate Group.

Erika Jines
Loan Production Manager
As the Loan Production Manager for Streamline Funding, Erika oversee the sales and marketing of Streamline's asset based loan products to all major Texas metro areas. While working closely with the management team along with the company’s entire sales staff, she has developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies that has allowed Streamline Funding to continuously capture additional market share since joining the firm and, more specifically, since being named its Loan Production Manager. With an in depth knowledge in real estate investing and history of realtor and contractor relationships she is able to assist with increasing loan productivity, underwriting approvals and ensuring closing of all transactions.
Erika is a graduate of the University of Texas, and also hold an MBA with a concentration in finance from St. Edward's University.

Alana Heaton
Loan Coordinator
Alana Heaton is the Loan Coordinator at Streamline Funding. Alana recently joined the company to coordinate the loan origination functions. She actively oversees each loan file from term sheet through processing, closing and funding. Alana has over 20 years experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Prior to joining Streamline Funding, Alana was the Closing Manager for an Irving, Texas based commercial real estate asset manager, wholly owned by a major Wall Street firm. While in this role, she was responsible for overseeing the closing and funding of commercial real estate transactions totaling over $3 billion in value.
Alana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, is married and has two children.

Rey Lerma
Loan Officer - San Antonio
Rey Lerma is considered a leader in marketing and new business development with a focus on finance and project management. With over 18 years experience in sales and management and a strong expertise in real estate related finance, Rey is a welcome addition to the staff at Streamline Funding.
Prior to joining Streamline Funding, Rey was co-founder of Statewide Mortgage and Lending, a real estate financing firm that he and his partner built into a multi-million dollar a year business that was acquired by MBI Financial in March of 2006. Rey remained a managing partner thru January 2008.
While running and coordinating all of the marketing efforts and day to day management of Statewide Mortgage and Lending, Rey also formed a real estate investment company that purchased and renovated approximately 30 homes from early 2001 thru 2009, performing due diligence, negotiation processes, and construction management. In addition, Rey has also spent the last 3 years learning and implementing Commercial Mortgage Financing with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate.
Rey Lerma holds a B.A. in Psychology, is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in San Antonio with and has two daughters, Leana and Lola Rae.

Anthony Francisco
Loan Officer - Houston
A diversified professional, Anthony has spent the past decade expanding his skill set in Cancer Research, Medical Laboratory Science, and Hospital Finance Revenue Services, playing an integral role in the developmental stages of Manufacturing and Production for a mobility-disability corporation. His specializations include customer relations management, inventory management, logistics & operations efficiency, and technical writing, with an overall specialization in loss reduction.
With his diversified experience, Anthony has established himself as an adaptable, efficient, and reliable business professional. He has carried his experience into the Loan Officer role and continues to strategically expand his Houston market.
Anthony holds a BS in Biology from St. Edward’s University, is currently pursuing his MBA in Corporate Finance, and is a licensed Casualty and Property Insurance Broker in the State of Texas.

Chris Marroquin
Loan Officer - Austin, San Antonio
Chris Marroquin is the loan officer for the Austin and San Antonio metro areas. His responsibilities are working in conjunction with the borrower from the application process to the servicing of the loan, helping clientele to understand our product and its ability to service their needs, and ultimately pairing our borrowers with the best available product and most competitive terms.
While previously working with private laboratories studying both pathogenesis and environmental science he has acquired and implemented an analytical approach to real estate. Years of research has helped break down data and information into separate parts to identify underlying principles and trends that help our team define our dynamic real estate market and ultimately better serve our borrowers.
Chris Marroquin holds a B.S. in Biology and currently resides in Austin, TX.

Erica Thorson
Marketing Coordinator
Coordinating the Marketing Department at Streamline Funding is Erica Thorson, who strives to expand the company's reach in the State of Texas with focus on the markets of Austin, Houston, San Antonio, & Dallas/Ft. Worth.
Utilizing her skill-set and past experiences within the technical and creative
realms, she designs and maintains Streamline's marketing platform, including
but not limited to: social media marketing, CRM and website build/maintenance, web development, collateral design and publication, & advertisement and social reach in the real estate industry.
Erica is pursuing her BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas. She also conducts her own small, personal practice of web and CRM consulting in her free time as she works to build her portfolio further.
