Broker-Banker Affiliate Network
A unique benefit of working with Streamline Funding is the ability to participate in our Broker and Banker Affiliate Network. We fully understand and appreciate the reality of financing and know that some clients have circumstances or opportunities that do not fit well into the rigid structures of institutional lending - they require speed or flexibility unavailable through more conventional means.
As a Broker or Banker, you can now offer your clients increased flexibility by providing them with a source to privately fund their commercial and construction loans.
Streamline Funding offers competitive rates, flexible underwriting and a fast response. We invite our Broker/Banker partners to participate in one of two ways:
Option 1
Streamline Referral Network -- The Streamline Referral Network consists of a group of Mortgage Brokers and Bankers who refer their clients to Streamline for their Private Money Lending needs.
Option 2
Streamline Value Partner -- Streamline Value Partners are qualified to co-broker loans with Streamline Funding. Streamline honors the relationship between its value partners and their clients and cooperates in co-brokerage arrangement enabling the value partner to be compensated for delivering a client and an organized loan file.
